I tried this for the first time this week. It was a hit! My family loved it! It is super easy and great way to add a little something extra to your Mexican meal, if you just want a quick snack, or entertaining and need a crowd pleaser!ย
I halved the recipe. We just needed a snack portion, but if you are expecting a crowd, go for the whole batch!
Itโs a one dish recipe. Just put all the ingredients in one dish and you are good to go! It is only 6 ingredients! ( I only used 5. My husband isnโt a huge fan of cilantro.) You can add as much Taijin as you like to give you more or less โTangโ.
I suggest starting off with a small amount if you have never used it before. It can give โkickโ of tang!
So good and a crowd Pleaser!

๐๐๐๐ข๐ฉ๐:
16 oz Cream Cheese
2 cans southwest corn drained
8 oz Pepper Jack
1 Bunch of cilantro diced
1/4 cup sour cream
Tajin Seasoning (generous amount if you like tangy zest!)

๐๐๐ฒ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค ๐ข๐ญ:
๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: Combine everything above into in your slow cooker on low for 2 – 2.5 hours, or until nice and melted, mix it regularly
๐ถ๐๐๐: Combine everything into a pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, take it out and mix it halfway
๐บ๐๐๐๐๐: Combine everything into a pan and smoke at 225 degrees for 2 hours, mix it halfway
๐๐๐ฒ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ ๐ข๐ญ: Try it with some crumbly cheese, feta or cotija. I live with carnivores, so our next experiment will be with some ground beef added!
