I have spoken before about how I think dreams are more than “Just dreams”. I had one recently that has stuck with me. I recalled the story of Jacob’s ladder. If you are not familiar with the story, Long story short, Jacob had done wrong and was running for his life. Scared, uncomfortable, and tired. He came to some land and fell asleep on a rock. Of all things, a rock. Yet he had a dream. He saw a ladder all the way to Heaven. God was at the top and angels were going up and down the ladder.
God told Jacob, “The ground you are lying on belongs to you. I am giving it to you and your descendants. Your descendants will be as numerous as the dust of the earth! …. What’s more, I am with you, and I will protect you wherever you go. One day I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have finished giving you everything I have promised you.” (Remember, Jacob had done wrong!)
Jacob woke up and said, “Surely the Lord is in this place, and I wasn’t even aware of it!” But he was also afraid and said, “What an awesome place this is! It is none other than the house of God, the very gateway to heaven!”
So why did I mention this? After Jacob’s dream, He knew God was in charge! He knew God uses imperfect people and he was forgiven. He knew that his dream was not just for him, but for everyone! God wants us to trust him. Know that when our prayers go up, they reach him! AND he will send them back down!
How does this relate to my dream? I am trusting God. I feel my dream is not just for me. So I am sharing it with you. Just as Jacob shared his dream, I am taking a HUGE leap of faith. I usually keep them to myself. But just as Jacob, I feel this is for more than just me.
God wants to hear from you. Keep those prayers going up.

I have always believed God speaks to you in dreams. This “is” biblical. It is spoken about many times in the Bible. It has happened to me on several occasions. I have “regular” dreams… then I have dreams that I can tell the difference. I know they are not “regular” dreams. I “feel” them. They come in flashes. It is hard to explain, but I know them when they happen. ‘
It’s ok… You can call me crazy, if you have faith and follow the Lord, its going to happen. You will get that label. I’m ok with that.
Now to the reason I even mentioned that… I feel this so heavy right now. I had one of my dreams recently. It came in a flash. First I saw our world from a distance. Like I was in space. Just floating there. Then it panned and flashed to its right side… this one is hard to explain, but I will try. It was the biggest, Whitest, most majestic, Lion, with wings. Gold flickering from its mane. Clean, I mean clean like you could not see a speck of dirt. It was sitting on his hind legs, the front legs forward. Sitting in a very prominent & regal position. Its head was bowed down like it was praying or contemplating. Around his neck a curved horn was tied with a golden rope. I was in such awe, and didn’t want to stop looking at him.
I flashed to the left of the world and there was another lion. Sitting just the same. Same white, same clean, same presence. But its head was up. It was standing at attention. On watch. As if guarding. And as soon as I saw him it flashed and I was pulled back. I could feel it in my dream. It felt like my body was being pulled. I looked over and saw the world, Both Lions Standing, and I started praying, and I heard so many prayers… not just mine, like they were coming from everywhere! And then I saw the Lion on the right side one last time. He started to raise his head, started to stand and it was like my body flashed so hard and I was pulled up. Then I woke up.

In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.
