Itโs that time of year! The time of picnics, cook-outs, fish fries, pot-lucks, and summer party events! And per my sisters request here is the go to easy Italian Pasta Salad that is a go staple that will be a sure crowd pleaser! If you can boil water, you can do it!ย
Just start by boiling the water for your Garden Rotini. While your pasta is boiling, cut up your Cherry tomatoes, dice your pepperonis and mozzarella cheese. Measure out your fresh parm and Italian Dressing. I used Olive Garden. (It is so good and works well with this recipe, However you can use any Italian dressing!)
After your dicing and chopping is finished, your pasta should be ready. Drain your pasta and let cool a bit. You can run under cool water help. Add all your other ingredients and mix! You can eat as is or put in fridge to cool until ready.

ITALIAN PASTA SALAD
I – Box Garden Rotini
1 – Small Can Sliced Black Olives
1-Pint Cherry Tomatoes
1/2-Cup Fresh Parmesan
1/2 – Diced Pepperonis
1- Diced Block Mozzarella Cheese
1- Cup Italian Dressing (I used Olive Garden)
Here is the super easy way to make it:
Salt water in pot, bring to small boil, add rotini.
Once cooked, let pasta cook a bit and, add all the ingredients. You can eat warm (which I enjoy!) or put in fridge and enjoy!
