Welcome to my first recipe blog post! Ok, so I do my best to keep gluten out of my diet because my tummy thanks me for it, and it deserves love on Valentineโ€™s too! I played around with a recipe I found for some cookies and made them Gluten free. They turned out pretty good!!

3/4 Cup Butter PLUS 2 TBSP 

2 TBSP Sugar 

1/2 cup Condensed Sweet Milk

1 1/2 cup Gluten Free Flour

1/4 TSP Baking Soda 

1/2 TSP Cream of Tartar

Dash of Salt

1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips (I used Mini)

1 packet of Instant Oats 

HOW TO: ๐Ÿฅฃ

-Set oven to 350 degrees

-Using a mixer, cream butter & sugar. 

-Mix in the condensed milk.

-In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt, & oats.

-Add dry mixture to the cream mixture and combine. 

-Stir in chocolate chips.

-Drop tbsp drops onto greased cookie sheet about an inch apart & bake for 10 minutes. 

-Let cool & enjoy!
