The casserole that will get asked for over & over again! A taste of country favorites in one dish. So easy and actually fun to make! Tots are not just a side dish! A crowd pleaser for sure!

Ingredients
- 1 lbs ground beef. (I used two. My crew likes it beefy)
- 1/2 medium onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can corn drained _
- 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- _ 32 ounces frozen tater tots
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 Bag of Shredded Cheddar Cheese (I used Colby. Tasted great!)

Preheat the oven to 375F. SautΓ© the onion and beef until browned.
Add the garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning.
Reduce heat and stir in the sour cream, mushroom soup, corn, and the cheddar cheese soup.
Stir well, and let it heat through for a minute or two. Pour mixture into 9×13 casserole dish (you can find these on my LTK!) Spread smoothly.
Line tater tots over the mixture. Top with shredded cheese, and bake, uncovered, for 30/45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden. That’s it!
Then enjoy this casserole and make it a regular!!
