Deviled eggs are a must at all family events. I mean ALL. Usually my Sis-in-law or my Mom are taking on this task, but over the years, more and more years and miles have starting creeping up in-between, and as we all age I started doing it here and there for my family at home to โ€œfill the needโ€. I soon found out my family does not like tart eggs. They all like the sweet deviled eggs. Kind of feels like an oxymoron moron doesnโ€™t it?

I have been playing around here and there and they all come back to this super simple, easy, sweet recipe. Which is fine by me! Only just a few ingredients and one I can start passing down to my kiddos and their families.

Calling them โ€œDeviledโ€ just seems wrong. They are more like Angel eggs!

And did I mention how super easy they are to make!

๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐ž๐ž๐:

*9-12 eggs. (I used 9. When you cut them in half they make 18 servings!)

*1/4 cup Mayo – (I used Avocado Oil Mayo)

*1/4 cup sugar (You can always add more if you like it sweeter)

*Paprika for garnish

*Sweet Relish (I used this as a garnish on only a few. It gives a kick to those who like it. Half my crew doesnโ€™t like relish. Using it as a garnish is a perfect way to give everyone what they want!)

๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐“๐จ ๐ƒ๐จ:

Boil eggs. I boils mine in salt water for about 15-20 minutes. Then let sit in cold water for 5-10 minutes.

Peel, cut in half, and put the yolks in a bowl.

In the bowl with the yolks, add mayo and sugar. Whip with a mixer.

I use a piping bag and pipe the mixture back into the center of the eggs. I just think it looks pretty, but you can use a spoon to fill then just as easy!

Once eggs are filled, top with a sprinkling of paprika and garnish with relish for those who prefer it.

Enjoy!

Be ready to be asked from now on to make the Deviled Eggs for all future occasions!
