Savory Ingredients

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑻𝒐 𝑫𝒐:

In a large skillet over medium-high to high heat, heat 3 tablespoons of oil then add the chopped onion and cook until they are translucent, stirring occasionally. Next, add cubed beef to the oil and onions, browning the meat on all sides. After browning the beef, add 1 cups of water, (here is where I add the bacon grease, you can also add 1/4 cup of red wine for a little something extra if desired) Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Next add garlic powder, salt and pepper, stir well. Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Cook for about 10 minutes. Please note, the meat will not be fully cooked.

Soaking in all those flavors!

Add the contents of the skillet into your insta pot or crockpot. Add packet of Gravy mix and rest of the water. Cook for 1.5 hours on Insta-pot or 4-6 hours on crock pot.

Takes 1.5 Hours in the Crock Pot Express!

They come out so savory and tender! They practically melt! Enjoy the most savory beef tips ever!!

Let me know what you think!

Perfect over rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles!
